Spoelhof Prayer Prompter for May

As we have been sharing monthly prayer items with you over the past seven months, we thank you for praying with us. God continues to work in our lives and through our ministry, and we have much to praise Him for:

PRAISE GOD WITH US:

1) During April we have received increases in support totalling $300/month!
2) We've had safe travels, a good time ministering in churches and fine visits with friends on our trip to OH, PA, NY and back to MI in April
3) Bill's colonoscopy found only one polyp which was benign

PRAY WITH US FOR:

1) $410/month support still needed, and $8000 for Outfit and Passage (travel, moving and car) before we return to Brazil!  As we trust Him, God will supply!
2) Safety as we travel and good meetings during May
    May  5 - devotional at picnic with Brazilians from Grand Rapids area
    May  6 - men's prayer breakfast at Wealthy Park Baptist in GR
    May 12 - chapel at Moline Christian School
    May 21 - Riverdale Baptist in Flint, MI
    May 28 - First Baptist in North Adams, MI
3) Colleagues Dan and Debbie Branda, as they will be the firstcouple of our team to head for Bauru on May 30
4) Continuing requests: sale of our house in Sao Paulo (we have people interested, but it's hard to negotiate long distance) and a new dean for the Sao Paulo Seminary

Praise God, He answers prayer!
