Subject: Spoelhof Prayer Prompter - November, 2002

All who have walked with God have viewed prayer as the main business in their lives.

Praise God with us:
1) Our Family Fun Day on October 13 was a great experience. Attendance was not as high as we had hoped, but we still had a good group of folks out for the day, with several unsaved families. The gospel presented in some interesting
ways to the families that came.
2) We had a safe trip and a terrific time at the youth outing to Great America amusement park on October 26.
3) It looks like we will be able to pay rent and utilities on our building between the giving of our people and our ministry funds.
4) We just got word (10/29) that in Ann Arbor, our daughter Natali's car burned up. She is safe (she had just pulled into the parking lot for Bible study when it happened) but the car went out in a blaze of glory! Pray for another car for her.
 
Pray with us:
1) For God's direction for Alfa Center ministries. The church family meeting (10/20) went well and there have been some program changes in recent weeks.
2) For short term and long term colleagues to help with the future ministry in Bauru. There is one retired couple we are considering for short term, and three possible couples praying about full term ministry with us (although they are 2-3 years down the road).
3) For two Alfa Center outreach events planned for November - one for couples and one for teens.
