We find courage to stand when we kneel before God.

Praise God with us:

1)       We have new colleagues in the ministry!  After several weeks of prayer, talks and visits, a young Brazilian couple will begin working with us in November.

2)       We have initiated a church leadership team of three couples to work with us for planning church events and programs.

3)       Our month of missions at church went very well as folks heard from different missionaries and learned how to be more involved in missions through the importance of prayer, giving and action.

4)       Missions was put into practice as our people invited friends out for the church’s annual Friends’ Day on Oct.17.  Over eighty came out for the outdoor worship service, barbecue and an afternoon of relaxing and visiting. (See new pictures on our website.)

Pray with us:

1)       For new colleagues Mario and Marta and our church during this time of transition.

2)       For strength to keep on keeping on.  Looking at the calendar, a busy schedule of outreach activities and evangelistic events is planned for November through the end of the year (really, the first quarter of the ’05 calendar is filling up as well).
