The New Life Baptist Community church family retreat over Labor Day
weekend, April 30 – May 2, was excellent. With the theme “Do It with
All Your Heart”, there were great Bible studies, relaxing free time and
plenty of food and fellowship.

Sunday evening, May 2, after the retreat, was the annual church
business meeting – after taking in eleven new members, the church voted
on buying land, electing our first deacons, and adding two new
missionaries to help support (one a member of our church).
