Instead of trying to twist God's arm, put
yourself in His hands.
Praise God with us:
1)
Our Easter sunrise service was moved from the Botanical Gardens to our
ABWE sister church because of rain, but we had a good crowd out and a
great celebration of our Savior’s resurrection.
2) Another good group was out, teens this
time, for the combined youth meeting that was held at our church on
Saturday, the 14th.
3) The 2nd Family Encounter
meeting went well, and our prayer groups and small groups are also
going very well.

Along with regular weekday and weekend
services, several special activities are planned in May:
May 12 – special thanksgiving service for 50th
wedding anniversary celebration for a couple in our church who will be
inviting unsaved family and friends
May 13 – special services celebrating
Mother’s Day
May 20 – anniversary service of the church
May 25 – the next combined youth meeting with
our sister ABWE church
May 26 – annual church business meeting
