The purpose of prayer is
not to get what we want, but to become what God wants.

In November: The teen worship service and lock-in both went well. Our
teens used their talents to honor the Lord. Several new young people
were invited to the lock-in night; the
Friends Day was excellent and there were many visitors invited to get
to know the church and hear the Gospel; the
Thanksgiving meal and study we had with the small groups we lead was
well attended.

After a training time during October for the neighborhood evangelistic
outreach, in November, each Saturday morning, groups went out to talk
with our neighbors. Of course there were mixed responses, but several
have come to visit the church and many expressed appreciation that a
church was interested in them. Three to four blocks in each direction
of church were covered.

presentation of the Christmas cantata; 21st,
special Christmas service, A Family Christmas Night
- Wisdom as we continue
working through the church legalization process.
